Engineering Services Division – Huntsville, AL

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (URGENT NEED – POSITION REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY)
Role: Develop enhancements to the U.S. Army’s Kiowa Warrior Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT). The KW CPT is a helicopter flight simulator used to instruct entry level OH-58D pilots. Duties involve software development of simulation components on Linux/UNIX/Windows, modifying existing simulation components currently written in ADA, Java, C, and C++, writing design documentation, and decomposing software requirements. The successful candidate will have BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in the design, development and integration of simulation computer software components and test tools. Successful candidate will have strong Object Oriented C++ skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of multi-tasking, and have initiative to attack and solve problems on a small team following agile methods. Successful candidate must possess a SECRET security clearance. Past experience with ADA is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Kiowa Warrior avionics, avionics simulation components (EGI, Radios, Intercommunication, Sensors, Weapons, etc), hardware data acquisition (Analog, Discrete, Mil-Std-1553B, RS-422/232, ARINC-429, Ethernet), device drivers, software architecture DODAF, and CMMI all a plus.
STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES SPECIALIST
Role: Involves the definition and interpretation of high-level organizational engineering performance requirements such as projects, systems, missions, etc., and the objectives and approaches to their achievement. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to an analysis of mission, program goals and objectives, requirements analysis, organizational performance assessment, special studies and analysis, training, privatization and outsourcing.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & REQUIREMENTS ANALYST

SYSTEMS DESIGN, ENGINEERING & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST
Role: Involves the translation of a system (or subsystem, program, project, activity) concept into a preliminary and detailed design (engineering plans and specifications), performing risk identification/analysis/mitigation, trace ability, and then integrating the various components to produce a working prototype or model of the system. TEST & EVALUATION SPECIALIST
Role: Involves the application of various techniques demonstrating that a prototype system (subsystem, program, project or activity) performs in accordance with the objectives outlined in the original design. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to: testing of a prototype and first article(s) environmental testing, independent verification and validation, reverse engineering, simulation and modeling (to test the feasibility of a concept), system safety, quality assurance, physical testing of a product or system, training, privatization and outsourcing.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Role: Involves the analysis, planning and detailed design of all engineering specific logistics support including material goods, personnel, and operational maintenance and repair of systems throughout their life cycles. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to: ergonomic/human performance analysis, feasibility analysis, logistics planning, requirements determination for logistics, policy standards/procedures development, long-term reliability and maintainability, training, privatization and outsourcing.
ACQUISTION & LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Role: Involves all of the planning, budgetary, contract and systems/program management execution functions required to procure and/or produce, render operational and provide life cycle support (maintenance, repair, supplies, engineering specific logistics) to technology-based systems, activities, subsystems, projects, etc. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to: operation and maintenance, program/project management, technology transfer/insertion, training, privatization and outsourcing.
ANALYST, OPERATIONS/RESEARCH
Duties: Performs professional and scientific work requiring the design, development and adaptation of mathematical and statistical modeling and scientific methods to analyze operational problems.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have five (5) years relevant work experience. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
GRAPHICS SPECIALIST
Duties: Designs, assembles and presents graphic art exhibits in both electronic and traditional media.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma. A bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in graphic arts or specialized graphics training is desired. At a minimum should have three (3) years relevant work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
MANAGER, INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT (ILS)
Duties: Setup and maintenance of failure reporting and corrective action databases, analysis of failure data, and generation of failure reports. Calculate reliability predictions, analyze engineering data and equipment for potential failure modes and effects, and estimate mean time to repair. Identifies, develops, and establishes logistics requirements and a supply chain for programs and systems. May supervise junior logistics specialists.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree (business or logistics preferred) from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have six (6) years relevant work experience within the last ten (10) years in the area of ILS administration, including supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, reliability, validation and maintainability analysis of complex mechanical or electro-mechanical systems/equipment per Department of Defense requirements. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
MANAGER, QUALITY ASSURANCE
Duties: Responsible for a quality management system and monitors and advises on how the system is performing. Assess product specifications and customer requirements, establish quality requirements for external suppliers, ensure compliance with national and international standards, consider the application of environmental and health/safety standards, establish and maintain controls and documentation, collate analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters, and ensure tests and procedures are properly understood and executed.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have five (5) years experience as a Quality Manager in an ISO-9000 environment. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
PROGRAM MANAGER
This category is considered key personnel.
Duties: Serve as contractor’s single contract manager and representative authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel. Responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract. Manage contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs. Provide monthly contract status reports to responsible government personnel, to include Government Program Manager and/or Government COR. Interface with CNTPO staff on status of contract or task order performance. Coordinate program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results. Ability and willingness to deploy and travel independently worldwide. .
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have at least ten (10) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience with the Department of Defense. Demonstrated experience should include capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. At a minimum should have a relevant Masters’ degree from an accredited college or university. This position requires a TOP SECRET – SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) security clearance be issued within 90 days of contract award.

PROJECT MANAGER
Duties: Serve as contractor’s Project Director authorized to interface with the Government Serve as contractor’s Project Manager authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Serves as first level manager or task leader. Provide project leadership to, and management of, assigned projects or major phases of significant projects or programs by coordinating the efforts of assigned staff. Responsible for overall task order or project performance within budgetary and schedule guidelines. Identify and recommend objectives and scope of projects and communicates goals, scope, approach, and schedules to assigned personnel. Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have sufficient relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described. Demonstrated experience should include prior management experience and extensive knowledge or experience within the assigned technical discipline(s) covered under a proposed TO. PROGRAM SPECIALIST.
Duties: Provides program management support to engineering staff. Support includes project scheduling, financial management, briefing, coordination and graphic presentation.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or five (5) years of relevant work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
AIRFRAME SHEET METAL MECHANIC
Duties: Fabricates, assembles, and installs prototype equipment, used in research and development information on a large variety of aircraft, ranging from single engine airplanes to complex multi engine turbojets, and helicopters. Familiar with military technical manuals, technical orders, modification work orders and blue prints. Installs prototype equipment on aircraft and makes modifications to the existing airframe to accommodate installations. Coordinates with project engineer personnel throughout the project, provides technical assistance to project engineers, contractors and factory representatives. Performs sheet metal repairs to a variety of aircraft, possesses an in-depth knowledge of sheet metal materials and repair techniques. Uses tools and equipment associated with a sheet metal shop, such as protractors, calipers, pitch gauges, crimping tools/machines, forming machines, gas and heli-arc welding machines, lathes, milling machines, saws and drilling presses. Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and rudimentary drawings.
Experience / Qualifications At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience in airframe repair that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, SENIOR MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN.
Duties: Prepare parts, draft detail drawing or sketch. Determine test specifications, procedures, and objectives. Determine nature of technical problems. Review project specifications to identify, modify and plan fabrication, assembly and testing. Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products, such as industrial machinery or equipment, and measuring instruments. Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections. Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance. Inspect lines and figures for clarity and return erroneous drawings to designer for correction. Analyze test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives, and modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications. Evaluate tool drawing designs by measuring drawing dimensions and comparing with original specifications for form and function, using engineering skills.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and a technical school degree (mechanical preferred). At a minimum should have eight (8) years relevant work experience in machine and sheet metal shop practices of which five (5) years should be related to the fabrication and installation of parts for electronic subsystem installations in military systems that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
Duties: Perform the full range of overhaul and repair work on full-tracked and half-tracked combat tanks, tractors and vehicles to include fabrication, modification and experimental research and development work. Performs diagnoses and repairs for all types of failures in 12 and 24 volt electrical systems
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have ten (10) years relevant work experience in performing checks and repairs on all types of engines, carburetors, transmissions, differentials, final drives, and suspensions. At a minimum five (5) years of the ten (10) years experience stated above should be as a journeyman heavy equipment mechanic. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, SHEET METAL MECHANIC
Duties: Set-up and operate the full range of sheet metal tools found in a well-equipped prototype development shop. Work from engineering design drawings and technical specifications. Perform mathematical calculations involving use of plain and solid geometry and principles of measurement. Work with various thicknesses of aluminum, steel alloys, stainless steel, copper, brass and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Form air conditioning and exhaust duct into desired shapes with single and double hem seams, dovetail and lock seams, set-in bottom seams and rolled edges and flanges.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have completed a four (4) year apprenticeship program and have two (2) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanic or a minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience working as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanic. Should have ability to makeup transition fittings (round to square, round to round). Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, WELDER
Duties: Perform conventional welding, brazing and soldering with electric, heli-arc and oxyacetylene equipment. Clean and prepare metals to be welded to insure proper joining of the metals. Make jigs and fixtures to aid in accomplishing assignments.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Welder. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, WOODCRAFTER
Duties: Set-up and operate the full range of power woodworking tools found in a well-equipped prototype development shop. Work from engineering design drawings and perform mathematical calculations involving use of plain and solid geometry and principles of measurement. Fabricate scale and full size prototype models. Custom fabricate mobile shelters and vans with cabinetry, racks and furniture and custom fabricate special one of a kind exhibits.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Woodcrafter. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, ELECTRONIC MODEL MAKER
Duties: Work independently to plan and devise circuitry needed to construct a complete, original model from electronic and electrical components, units and assemblies. Perform self-inspection of an assembled model using measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes, bridges, capacitance checkers, analyzers, signal generators and various other types of meters.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Electronic Model Maker. Should have knowledge of cable size, insulation, fuse requirements and the function of relays, solenoids, transformers, condensers and similar items needed to construct a complete electrical model. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ASSEMBLER, TOOL & PARTS ATTENDANT
Duties: Operate a tool crib that services from 25 to 50 people by ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and inventorying tools, parts and stock. Select, issue and accept returned tools and equipment, as requested by shop personnel. Maintain appropriate records on a “user friendly” menu driven computer system. Maintain reorder levels by submitting replenishment requests.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have two (2) years relevant work experience as a Tool and Parts Attendant or two (2) years relevant work experience in the machine, sheet metal or woodworking trade. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
DEPOT AIRCRAFT ELECTRONICS
Duties: Assemble and install electrical components and accessories. Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components. Test, repair, adjust, or replace aircraft avionics in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements and standards. Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories. Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience in aircraft electronics installation, troubleshooting and repair. Shall have a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) radio telephone license with a radar endorsement. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
DEPOT AIRCRAFT MECHANIC, SENIOR
Duties: Primary duties involve maintaining, repairing and modifying military aircraft systems, airframes and power plants (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, structures and panels, engine, corrosion control, lubricating, and weight and balance) in accordance with applicable T/Os. Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories. Check for corrosion, distortion, and invisible cracks in the fuselage, wings, and tail, using x-ray and magnetic inspection equipment. Clean, refuel, and change oil in line service aircraft. Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. Disassemble engines, and inspect parts such as turbine blades and cylinders for corrosion, wear, warping, cracks, and leaks, using precision measuring instruments, x-rays, and magnetic inspection equipment. Examine and inspect aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, and de-icers to locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problem.
Inspect airframes for wear or other defects. Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation. Install and align repaired or replacement parts for subsequent riveting or welding, using clamps and wrenches. May supervise or direct the work of more junior personnel.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and should have a minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience as an aircraft mechanic, primarily in the military aviation field. Shall have an “A” license. An Aircraft/Power plant license is desired, as is an associate degree in Aeronautics. Should have expertise in electrical and hydraulics/pneumatics systems, and corrosion. Should be able to perform sheet metal fabrication and possess a working knowledge of communications and aviation electronics. Should be able to read blueprints, use ground support equipment, jacks, external and internal power units, lifts, measuring devices, micrometers and calipers, power tools (including shears, brake, drill press, and pneumatic riveters) and other specialized tools. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
DEPOT AIRCRAFT PAINTER, SENIOR.
Duties: Cleaning, sanding, masking, priming and de-masking aircraft to prepare for paint application.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and should have a minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience of technical training in corrosion control and/or protective coatings, in addition to vocational/technical training in industrial painting and application procedures. Should be thoroughly knowledgeable in the approved methods and materials used in the aircraft painting and preservation. Should be knowledgeable regarding aircraft structure, surface protection techniques and aircraft modification facility backstop activities. Should be able to operate and maintain sanders, grinders, paint spray guns, platform lifts, forklifts, etc. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
DEPOT QUALITY INSPECTOR, ROTARY OR FIXED-WING AIRCRAFT
Duties: Responsible for conducting inspections of both completed and on-going depot-level aircraft maintenance and modifications to aircraft. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, specifications and quality requirements/standards.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma with aircraft maintenance technology training. Shall have a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) airframe/power plant license. At a minimum should have eight (8) years of relevant fixed-wing aircraft heavy maintenance/repair experience. Should be able to interpret drawings, schematics and to read blueprints, be skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment, and knowledgeable in aviation and avionics terminology. Should be able to operate and maintain fuel lower explosive level (LEL) monitors, borescopes, indascopes, zaglo kits, weight/balance scales, micro and manometer, various gauges and other related equipment. Should have expertise in inspection procedures and have experience working in ISO-9000 environments. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
DRAFTSPERSON (CAD)
Duties: Apply knowledge of accepted aerospace design practices, material usage, weight limitations, wiring practices, and structural requirements. Determine loads, structural strength, sizes, weights, and clearances in accordance with standard formulas and handbook tables. Work from actual models that are complex and consisting of numerous and intricate parts which may require disassembly to obtain dimensions, determine materials, order of assembly, and design characteristics necessary to adequately portray the object. Assist and work closely with engineers in accomplishing extensive research to determine materials and specifications necessary for project completion. Interface with government personnel.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a professional working knowledge of drafting methods, procedures, and techniques, and use of computer aided design (CAD) hardware and software plus five (5) years of relevant progressive work experience in drafting. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
Duties: Examine permits, licenses, applications, and records to ensure compliance with licensing requirements. Review technical documents to ensure completeness and conformance to requirements. Perform laboratory work such as logging numerical and visual observations, preparing and packaging samples, recording test results, and performing photo documentation. Arrange for the disposal of lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials. Determine the nature of code violations and actions to be taken. Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures. Record test data and prepare reports, summaries, and charts that interpret test results. Make recommendations to control or eliminate unsafe conditions at workplaces or public facilities.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, chemistry or related fields from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Should have a minimum of three (3) years relevant manufacturing or repair work experience in environmental compliance program implementation, monitoring and remediation, and/or hazardous materials management program implementation. Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the National Environment Protection Act (NEPA) regulations are required. Should have experience in personnel protection and safety and standard operating procedures for hazardous materials handling, field methods, and industry standards. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
FACILITY TECHNICIAN
Duties: Addresses general facility maintenance and electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning problems. Fixes minor problems and coordinates large projects with the appropriate parties. Executes preventive maintenance program for facilities.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should possess a high school diploma or a trade school equivalent and should have (5) five years relevant work experience in the field, which may include work experience as a plumber, rigger and an air conditioner-refrigeration repairperson. Should be able to work from engineering drawings, technical specifications/ manuals, and/or schematics. Should be thoroughly familiar with all military, federal, state and local building codes/regulations applicable to their particular discipline. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
MILITARY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Duties: Responsible for direct support of deployed operational elements of U.S. and partner nation forces, to include operating a mission support site, logistics operations, long-range communications, and analysis.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body by the U.S. Department of Education. An advanced degree is desired. Military branch education (through the advanced course), completion of military staff college and other military specialty courses is desired. At a minimum should have at least eight (8) years of relevant work experience in military operations. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TECHNICIAN, MECHANICAL.
Duties: Plans and performs installation and test of mechanical modifications to, and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and structural components for, complex systems such as military shelters, aircraft (including engine(s)), ground vehicles, etc., as may be applicable. Works from, and assists in the development of, engineering drawings. Works independently, with minimal supervision.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma. Preferred to be a graduate of a technical school. At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience in mechanical design and sheet metal fabrication on systems appropriate to the task. Should be skilled in the use of hand tools, air tools, riveters, and sheet metal and machine tools such as shears, breaks, notchers, saws, milling machines, lathes, etc., as well as measuring tools, test instruments, and painting equipment. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TECHNICIAN, ELECTRONICS.
Duties: Performs installation, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for communications equipment, electronics equipment, large computers, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including buses for those in a complex networked environment.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency. Preferred to be a graduate of a technical or computer school. At a minimum should have five (5) years relevant work experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communications equipment, electronics equipment, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including those in a networked environment, as appropriate for the task. Should have capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TECHNICIAN, ELECTRONICS, SENIOR.
Duties: Plans and performs installation, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for communications equipment, electronics equipment, large computers, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including buses for those in a networked environment. Provides technical direction and guidance to lower level technical personnel as may be necessary.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should be a graduate of a technical or computer school, with related vendor sponsored training classes. May substitute additional four (4) years of relevant work experience for the “graduate of technical or computer school” requirement. At a minimum should have ten (10) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should be supervisory. Should have background demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communications equipment, electronics equipment, large computers, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including those in a networked environment. Should have capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
SKILLED TRADESMAN, MASTER MACHINIST.
Duties: Fabricate and construct mechanisms, models and instruments that fulfill engineering requirements for experimental laboratory equipment involving mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, optical and pneumatic principles. Determine necessity for special tools, dies and fixtures required to accomplish intricate machining and assembly operations and set-up and operate computerized numerical control (CNC) machines (Machining Center, Lathe and Milling Machine).
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have completed a four (4) year apprenticeship program and have two (2) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Model/Instrument or a minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Model/Instrument Maker. Knowledge of Computer Aided Machine (CAM) programming. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
SKILLED TRADESMAN, MACHINIST.
Duties: Set-up and operate the full range of machine tools found in a well-equipped prototype development shop. Work from engineering design drawings and technical specifications. Should be able to maintain dimensional accuracy, to + or – 0.0001″, during machining processes, through the use of measuring instruments (e.g. vernier calipers, inside/outside & depth micrometers, gage blocks, surface and height gages, and dial indicators).
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have completed a four (4) year apprenticeship program as a Machinist or a minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Machinist. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
SUPERVISOR, AVIATION MAINTENANCE
Duties: Managing simultaneous maintenance, modification and repair projects on a variety of aircraft; coordinating with government and contractor engineering personnel and inspectors; and cost estimating.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have six (6) years relevant work experience in fixed wing and rotary wing maintenance and two (2) years relevant work experience as an aviation maintenance supervisor. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
SYSTEMS OPERATOR.
Duties: Responsible for the operation of complex systems that could be land, sea, or air based. Operation of these systems in remote or dangerous locations may be required.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Shall have certification in the operation of specific systems (e.g. radar operator) as specified in task order(s). At a minimum should have at least three (3) years relevant work experience operating required systems specified in task order(s). Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above. Systems operators will be required in the following areas:
a. Radar (airborne, land, and sea based)
b. Radio
c. Inspection systems (e.g. cargo X-ray/Gamma-ray)
TRADESMAN, ELECTRICIAN.
Duties: Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems on research and development projects for customers. Interpret and apply knowledge of building plans, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Should have knowledge of national and local electrical codes and have the ability to use a wide variety of test equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters and ohmmeters. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRADESMAN, ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN I.
Duties: Perform tests and measurements of an electronic/electro-mechanical/computer nature, in accordance with military and commercial standards. Troubleshoot related product malfunctions, modify, wire and fabricate devices related to work, as required.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should possess a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and have four (4) years relevant electrical/avionics work experience as an electronic technician with aircraft. Should have extensive training in maintenance testing and diagnostic routine designed for radio frequency and/or millimeter wave equipment. Communications/automatic data processing (ADP) simulation facility experience at a minimum. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRADESMAN, ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER.
Duties: Routes, wires, assembles, and installs electrical and electronic components in units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main control switch panels, and instrument and radio panels, according to specifications. Reads work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine established assembly methods. Connects wiring to accessories, such as relays, circuit breakers, plugs, condensers, switches, and solenoids, and installs accessory assemblies in electrical or electronic units. Conducts functional and continuity tests of electrical assemblies, components, wire harness, and plugs, using ohmmeter, test lights, and other electrical testing instruments.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience as an Electrical Assembler. Certified to perform soldering in accordance with DoD Standard DOD-STD-2000A or equivalent commercial standards. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRADESMAN, ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN II.
Duties: Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems. Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components. Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment. Assemble, test, and maintain circuitry or electronic components according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronics. Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and a technical school degree (electronic/electrical preferred). At a minimum should have six (6) years relevant work experience with the testing of electronic equipment of which three (3) years should be in the specialized field of electro-motive force (EMF) testing of equipment and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and TEMPEST testing of aircraft. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRADESMAN, SENIOR ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN III.
Duties: Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. At a minimum should have eight (8) years relevant work experience with the testing of electronic equipment of which five (5) years should be relevant work experience in the testing and trouble shooting of electronic subsystem installations in military systems such as fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT (ILS) SPECIALIST.
Duties: Setup and maintenance of failure reporting and corrective action databases, analysis of failure data, and generation of failure reports. Calculate reliability predictions, analyze engineering data and equipment for potential failure modes and effects, and estimate mean time to repair.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree (business or logistics preferred) from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have four (4) years relevant work experience in preparing/editing DOD technical documents, supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, and reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis of complex mechanical and electronics systems/equipment. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
LOGISTICIAN.
Duties: Issue tools; calibrate and maintain status of calibration on special tools and equipment; insure tools and equipment returned are clean and working properly; maintain inventory of components of calibrated equipment; turn-in unsafe or unserviceable tools and equipment; maintain required supplies for tool room operation; properly label packages and include inventory list, project code and value; prepare shipping documentation; file shipping documents and inventory listings of shipped items; log outgoing shipments; assist in research and preparation of requisitioning documents for supplies and “off-line” requisitions; prepare supply request documentation; order parts, material and equipment for stock, maintenance and projects; document requisitions; maintain accountability of recoverable items; turn-in and maintain records of excess or unserviceable parts and equipment; order, record and attain materials and/or equipment; maintain and distribute administrative supply stocks; document and ship Warranty Repair Items; maintain and record cancellations, modifications and status of requisitioning documents; do lateral searches of parts; issue documented supplies to maintenance personnel; document supply requests; maintain warehouse stockage by ordering supplies; maintain and inventory warehouse stock; prepare requisitions for documentation on monthly reports; maintain safety practices cleanliness of supply accountable areas; issue documented request furnished by maintenance personnel of petroleum (POL) products; document requisitions on supply inventory; adequately stock POL products on board; requisition POL products and maintain inventory of POL stock; maintain safety practices and cleanliness of POL storage building; receive, document and distribute supplies; pick up and turn in parts and requisitions for parts; make special pickups and deliveries.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have two (2) years relevant work experience in supply logistics and be familiar with military supply system. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
LOGISTICIAN, SENIOR.
Duties: Performs logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Develops and implements logistics program activities including integrated logistics support (ILS), technical documentation, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM), provisioning, etc.; coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolves logistics problems; and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related scientific or technical discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and four (4) years of relevant military logistics work experience. A certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with four (4) years additional relevant work experience (eight (8) years total) may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRAINING SPECIALIST
Duties: Prepares and modifies training materials. Trains personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Develops computer based training materials and courses. For field training, specialists will require the military and/or law enforcement functional skills relevant to the topic.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school or bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and four (4) years of relevant training experience as described in the Task Order. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
TRAINING SPECIALIST, SENIOR
Duties: Conducts research to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training materials. Prepares and modifies training materials. Trains personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Develops computer based training materials and courses. For field training, specialists will require the military, law enforcement, or Task Order-specified functional skills relevant to the topic.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and ten (10) years of experience relevant to the training requirements in the Task Order or five (5) years of additional relevant work experience (fifteen (15) years total) in lieu of a bachelors degree. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described in the Task Order.
WRITER, TECHNICAL
Duties: Prepares technical documentation for electronic and mechanical equipment.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and three (3) years of relevant work experience in writing, editing and managing technical documentation and operator/maintenance manuals for military systems and equipments. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
WRITER, TECHNICAL, SENIOR.
Duties: Conceptualize, format, structure, write, edit and finalize technical manuals, orders, specifications, modification work orders, and test plans, procedures and results.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and eight (8) years of relevant work experience in writing, editing and managing technical documentation and operator/maintenance manuals for military systems and equipment. Knowledge of applicable military standards, specifications and test practices is desired. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
AIR CREW COMMANDER.
Duties: Responsible for the successful completion of combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue missions. Responsible for the conduct of all mission activities during the course of flight. Is final authority for all aircraft mission decisions and functional activities, with the exception of aircraft flight responsibilities which shall remain with the pilot. Coordinates scheduled missions. Responsible for the conduct of all pre-mission and post-mission briefings, providing written reports of each mission and the delivery of all products collected to the designated Country Team POC. Responsible for take-off, landing and position reports and all mission communications with any U.S. Agency or tasking authority that effect the conduct of mission operations. This position requires a TOP SECRET – SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) clearance at issuance of applicable task order(s). Proposed employee must show that the proposed employee currently holds a TOP SECRET – SCI clearance.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have 10 years of relevant work experience. Individual must pass an annual operations recertification and hold a valid Class 2 Flight Physical. Individual must complete a minimum annual training for Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Level B, Anti-Terrorist Training and Human Right Certifications or other training proscribed by the responsible Combatant Commanders (COCOM). Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
AIRCRAFT CREW CHIEF
Duties: Function as crew chief on fixed- or rotary-wing aircraft as specified in the specific Task Order. Provides crew mission briefs, preflight inspections, flight preparation, passenger briefings, internal load operations, preflight procedures, radio communications procedures, airspace surveillance, fuel management procedures, fast rope operations, slope operations, emergency egress, hand and arm signals, and refueling operations.
Experience / Qualifications: High school diploma or college degree from a 2-yr or 4-yr institution and a minimum of five years relevant work experience as an aircraft crew chief. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
AIRCRAFT MECHANIC CREW CHIEF
Duties: The purpose of this position is to act as the Aircraft Mechanic Crew Chief with responsibility for managing the operational readiness of one or more aircraft. Responsibilities include detailed technical oversight of individual aircraft’s level of mission capabilities and projection of maintenance requirements to maintain individual aircraft operational readiness. Performs duties necessary to accomplish Aircraft Mechanic Crew Chief functions in support of programs essential to daily operations, training, and readiness missions. Manages, monitors or performs overall maintenance, servicing, inspections and documentation for one or more highly technical, high performance military aircraft. Makes diagnoses and solves malfunctions of aircraft systems and components by utilizing a wide variety of complex, state of the art computerized and/or non-computerized Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE); by studying layout drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams; and analyzing specifications and operating characteristics of aircraft and their component.
Experience / Qualifications: High school diploma or college degree from a 2-yr or 4-yr institution and a minimum of five years relevant work experience as a licensed A&P aircraft mechanic on helicopter and/or fixed wing aircraft and associated subsystems. Must hold current FAA and A&P licenses.
AIRBORNE SENSOR SUITE TECHNICIAN
Duties: Performs sensor maintenance services on a sensor integration suite associated with U.S. government-approved detection & monitoring equipment, including radar, visual, thermal, and communications. Performs troubleshooting, testing, and non-depot level repair.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma and should have a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience as an aircraft sensor suite technician. Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic theory and electronic troubleshooting capability, schematic diagrams, test equipment, and the appropriate electronic formulas involved in testing, troubleshooting, modifying, calibrating, installing, maintaining, and repairing sensor suite equipment.
AIRBORNE SENSOR OPERATOR
Duties: Successfully operate a sensor integration suite associated with U.S. government-approved detection & monitoring equipment, including radar, visual, thermal, and communications. Perform direction find and tracking of targets of interest based on source location.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should possess 1,500 pilot hours total time and should be rated and possess 1,000 pilot hours in the applicable type aircraft. Should possess past or current designation as an aircraft commander in the applicable model aircraft. Should be able to meet applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aviation medical requirements. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
AVIATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Duties: Provides support in all areas required to sustain fixed-wing, rotary wing, or unmanned aircraft operations. Duties may include line servicing, fuels, POL, AGE, minor maintenance and parts replacement, flightline driving, marshalling, jacking, pre and post flight inspections, trouble shooting, towing/tugging, parking, FOD prevention, compressed gas servicing, radio operations, mooring procedures, quick turnaround, LRU removal & replacement, tire & brake change, and battery handling & storage.
Experience / Qualifications: Four (4) years relevant work experience in a wide variety of aviation support activities appropriate to the task. Must be skilled in the use of the most common flight line equipment and tools. Must be knowledgeable of basic aviation rules and regulations as well as flight line best practices.

Should possess past or current designation as an aircraft commander in the applicable model aircraft. Should be able to meet applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aviation medical requirements. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
MECHANIC, GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT.
Duties: Responsible for the maintenance of all assigned GSE and other vehicles required for the performance of the support contract. Establishes and keeps records on the repair and operational readiness of the assigned equipment. Performs and schedules preventive maintenance, services, troubleshoots, repairs, inspects, test, operates and maintains serviceability of assigned powered and non-powered GSE and non GSE. Ensures compliance with appropriate fuel standards. Able to assist host nation national in translation / interpreting maintenance and technical publications.
Experience / Qualifications:
Education Required: High School Diploma
Experience Required: Minimum 2 yrs of experience maintaining motor vehicles, aviation ground support equipment and aircraft refueling systems, including fabricating hoses, testing fuel, and maintaining gasoline and diesel engines and collapsible drums. Must be familiar with DoD directives governing fuel systems and have a working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of fuel systems. Able to test fuel for contamination, repair gasoline and diesel engines and fuel pumps, and repair fuel blivets and fiberglass fuel tanks.
PRODUCTION CONTROL/FLIGHT DISPATCHER.
Duties: Acts as point of contact (POC) for maintenance and flying activities; initiates and controls forms and records relative to maintenance/flying programs; monitors government furnished equipment (GFE) and man-hour expenditures within the maintenance activity for all aviation and project related maintenance; acts as flight dispatcher, assisting aircrews with flight related requirements, i.e. weather briefings, flight plans, etc.; coordinates and monitors supply actions relative to the aircraft maintenance activity, to include warranty work on designated material.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have two (2) years relevant work experience in PC/Dispatch operations. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
SENIOR PILOT.
Duties: Serves as pilot/copilot and aircraft commander for acceptance, functional, developmental, and production check flights; support flights, and instructional flights.
Experience / Qualifications: Should meet one of the following three criteria:
(1) Possess an undergraduate or higher degree in an aerospace related engineering or scientific discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education plus one (1) year of relevant engineering test or instructional experience.
(2) Possess an undergraduate or higher degree in any other engineering or scientific discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education plus two (2) years of relevant engineering test or instructional experience.
(3) Possess an undergraduate or higher degree in any other non-engineering or non-scientific discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education plus three (3) years of relevant engineering test or instructional experience.
Should be able to meet applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aviation medical requirements. At a minimum should possess 2,000 pilot hours total time and should be rated and possess 1,000 pilot hours or an Air Transport Pilot (ATP) rating in the applicable type aircraft. Should have a minimum of two (2) years instructional flight experience. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described in the Task Order requirements.
AIRCRAFT INSTRUCTOR PILOT
Duties: Serves as pilot/copilot and aircraft commander for acceptance, functional, developmental, and production check flights; support flights; and instructional flights. Develops and delivers aviation training programs of instruction in classroom, simulator and flight environments.
Experience / Qualifications: Should possess at least 1500 pilot hours total time, posess at least 500 hours as a U.S. military-certified instructor pilot, and should be rated and possess 250 pilot hours as an instructor in the applicable model aircraft. Should have a background in military flight instruction or have flown with a U.S. or U.S. ally military organization.
AIRCRAFT CREW CHIEF STANDARDS INSTRUCTOR
Duties: The purpose of this position is to act as the Crew Chief Standards Instructor (SI) with responsibility for technical oversight of host nation mechanic and crew chief training program. Responsibilities include detailed technical oversight of the training program, development and implementation of an integrated master training schedule. Performs duties necessary to accomplish required functions in support of programs essential to daily operations, training, and readiness missions. Plans, develops and conducts proficiency training to a multi-faceted workforce comprised of contract mechanics and supported unit personnel.
Experience / Qualifications: High School diploma or College degree from an accredited 2-yr or 4-yr institution. Minimum of 10 years experience as a licensed A&P aircraft mechanic with rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft and associated subsystems. Will develop target packages for enforcement and operational components.

Experience / Qualifications: Five to Nine (5-9) years of general experience including at least five (2) years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise. A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college experience is desired.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT II

These individuals are experts in the either functional domains such as finance, policy formulation, acquisition, security, etc; or technical disciplines such as laser technology, nuclear physics, signal & image processing, etc. A bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education may be used to provide 5 years of general experience.

These individuals are experts in the either functional domains such as finance, acquisition, security, etc; or technical disciplines such as laser technology, nuclear physics, signal & image processing, etc. An advanced degree earned from a 4 year college or university is required.
GENERAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
Duties: Performs technical tasking as assigned. Works under close supervision of a more senior staff member and receives specific and detailed instructions about required tasks and results.
Experience / Qualifications: Entry-level position whose tasks are usually subject to standard practices. Performs basic, science, engineering or business functions under close supervision.
GENERAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SENIOR.
Duties: Performs technical tasking as assigned by a more senior staff member and receives specific and detailed instructions about required tasks and results.
Experience / Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in the required functional area. Performs basic science, engineering, or business tasks under supervision.
K9 HANDLER.
Duties: Perform searches on vehicles, buildings, and roadways as required to ensure any explosive/narcotic materials are discovered and properly disposed of as prescribed in company SOP’s. Write reports on canine response to odor and maintain a weekly training log.
Experience / Qualifications: 3 years as a military or police K9 handler. Must be able to provide basic emergency medical treatment and train to ensure odor proficiency.
MEDIC.
Duties: Provide critical care paramedic level service. Directs and coordinates medical activities for project personnel. Conducts medical training, as required. In addition, be responsible for onsite resource protection of medical supplies and equipment. Monitors medical issues to ensure personnel are advised of current medical threats so they can take appropriate action. Conduct facility inspections to evaluate site medical threats associated with such things as drinking water, living conditions, food handling/storage, animal/insect threats and sanitary conditions so they can be dealt with before they become a problem.
Experience / Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience as a medic, paramedic, EMT, or RN. Shall have current documented skill certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and US National Paramedic Registry. Experience in training or mentoring of personnel.
EXECUTIVE LEVEL FOREIGN POLICE MENTORS/ADVISORS.
Duties: Provides counter drug and terrorism advice to high level foreign government officials. This will include advice on developing the institutional capabilities of National Police organizations. The development of strategic plans, communications, training, facilities, and the development of operational and administrative policies and procedures. They will provide advice on structured approaches to eliminating corruption, hiring and vetting of police and the development of internal security measures. The Mentors/Advisors will draw from their experience to give sound and logical advice so that high level government officials can modernize their police organization in a structured and viable approach.
Experience / Qualifications: At a minimum should have 15 years of counter drug experience and at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience. Should have at least five years working with foreign counterpart police. Must have strong diplomatic skills and sensitivity to foreign cultures. Experience in working in interagency environment.
FORCE PROTECTION SPECIALIST.
Duties: Acts as a Antiterrorism / Force Protection program specialist working closely with the Department of Defense and other agencies or commands. This position supports the management, planning, direction and execution of a wide range of Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operations Security and Physical Security program requirements. Workload may include, but will not be limited to the following areas: Supports the management, planning, direction and execution of Antiterrorism Vulnerability Assessments, Operational Readiness Assessments, Information Operations Assessments, and Physical Security Inspections and related services; Develops and implements procedures and controls and manages project efforts; Directs and Supports Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operations Security, and Physical Security program management / implementation requirements; Provides review, analysis, development and dissemination of respective internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
Experience / Qualifications: Three years of relevant experience is required, including: Three years of experience working in support of Department of Defense programs. Professional military experience working in support of the armed forces. Professional experience, knowledge and capability providing AT, FP, PS, OPSEC, Law Enforcement or associated support for DoD entities. Duties: Analyzes systems and operational architectures to determine gaps and recommend functional and cross-functional requirements. Works closely with System Engineers and Software Architects to allocate functionality within the overall architecture. Works with Software engineers to develop use cases to guide software engineering efforts. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
Experience / Qualifications: At minimum should have a bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body by the U.S. Department of Education. Military branch education (through the advanced course), completion of military staff college and other military specialty courses is desired. Should have at least ten (10) years of general experience and at least five (5) years of directly applicable experience in requirements analysis, advanced war fighting concepts and doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Should have relevant work experience in computer systems and their application to tactical programs Should possess superior functional knowledge of task order-specific requirements and have experience in developing functional requirements for complex integrated ADP systems. Should demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.
MEDIA ANALYST.
Duties: The Host Country National-Media Analyst (HCN-MA) provides content development support to a strategic communications team based in a foreign country. He or she has native fluency in the local language(s) and fluency in English. The HCN-MA assists in identifying information gaps and conducting research as directed. Working with senior multi-media personnel, the HCN-MA creates and maintains a variety of print and Web-based strategic communications products and develops content for those products, including special product designs and texts to meet specific strategic objectives of the client. The HCN-MA may also assist with training program set-up.
Experience / Qualifications: One (1) year of experience in media analysis, journalism, public relations or a related field; highly developed research and writing skills; and the ability to interact well with mid- and senior-level personnel.

Duties: The Host Country National-Media Strategist Senior (HCN-MS-S) provides real-time strategic communications and media analysis support to a communications team based in a foreign country. He or she has native fluency in the local language(s) and fluency in English. The HCN-MS-S provides strategic communications counsel to the client while managing local and international communications programs, including training and the design and dissemination of tactical and strategic communications products. The HCN-MS-S conducts outreach activities within the host country government, military and police to enhance coordination with the team. He/she may also supervise junior staff.
Experience / Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience in media analysis, journalism, public relations or a related field. He/she possesses superior interpersonal communications skills, research expertise, management skills, and the ability to generate initiatives that contribute significantly to improving the communications capabilities of the client.

Duties include writing international public relations materials, summarizing, utilizing extraction technology, establishing coding criteria, and identifying and obtaining material for client projects. Experience / Qualifications: The MS has two (2) years of experience implementing strategic communications and public relations programs in the international media environment. The MS has strong organizational and interpersonal communications skills and extensive media research capabilities. The MS is knowledgeable of the international media landscape and has experience in designing foreign media mapping projects.

ARCHITECT/PLANNER.
Duties: Directs the technical production of design and planning assignments along with project teams. Coordinates with project manager, project designer and other disciplines on multiple medium to large scale and complex architectural, planning, urban design or landscape architectural projects to ensure that the client’s technical requirements of projects are fully met.
Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or related degree plus 5 years of experience. RA, RLA or AICP Certification desired.
ARCHITECT/PLANNER, SENIOR.
Duties: Coordinate planning and design development and/or providing technical direction to the scope of projects; provide senior-level technical/design/planning expertise on all project aspects associated with conceptual, detailed designs, and preparation of contracts for
construction. Assist project management with administrative operations, cost control on projects and quality control within discipline including responsibilities for the completeness and accuracy of design team work as it relates to the specific program or subject matter of the services being provided.
