Cole Marie Austin serves as the OUTSOURCED SALES & MARKETING business development team for many clients. We have experience developing and leading comprehensive Military marketing and sales plan efforts to grow the government side of business for our clients.
Our strategic account development approach prioritizes opportunities while targeting the decision makers (DPW staff, A-E firms, GC design-builders, Contracting Officers, Prime Contractors and Carlisle Applicators).
Our approach addresses the following areas:
- New construction opportunities – MILCON (Military Construction).
- Repair & replacement opportunities (under the responsibility of the Garrison’s Directorate of Public Works (DPW)).
- LEED and Energy Efficiency Opportunities the Program Manager assigned by the Directorate of Installation Services at the Base level responsible for implementing LEED initiatives.
- GSA – development of a GSA schedule is a priority.
Our relationship management experience includes contacts in the following roles: Directorate of Public Works, Directorate of Procurement, Base Business Development Offices, Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facility Engineering Command, A-E firms, GC design-builders, Contracting Officers, and Prime Contractors.
Cole Marie Austin has proven experience understanding the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) that establish the procedures on how supplies and services will be purchased by Federal Agencies.
We have a thorough understanding of Subcontracting Plans / methods to meet Federal Procurement Goals (IE: – 23% Small Business, 5% Women Owned, 5% Small Disadvantaged Business, 3% HUBZone Small Business and 3% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned).
