MISSION CONTROL

Positioned at Mission Control of the Johnson Space Center’s Telescience Support Center, team was responsible for the acquisition and archiving of all real-time science and engineering data from the International Space Station.  Execution of this objective demanded the ground data, display, and data product requirement gathering of customer experiments and relaying that information to our software development group.

We brought to this team our ability to work as an intermediary between the business end of the customer and the technical end of the software development team.  In addition, we were a DSAR board member tasked with the disposition and management of action requests levied on the current software and hardware systems. One example of our value was evident in the process we developed to acquire missing experiment data that would have otherwise resulted in an incomplete product provided to the customer.

LM OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Bioastronautics Program

Responsible for managing all operational products across a 24-month mission for Human Research Facility (HRF) activities, lead the ISSMP real-time console team in mission control, and executed anomaly resolution. Operations Lead for much of the in-flight portion.
